Cardiff was a little short on really good touristy things when i was there but there is a great 12 century castle tower, a good military museum and the worlds tackiest modern castle. Very overdone.
Or hang out at the railway station. That was a very good place for people watching.
London, oh what you can do in London, walk in Kensington Gardens, British or Victoria and Albert Museums, Boat trip to Greenwich, eat pub food, picadilly circus, War Rooms, find one of the privately owned pubs - ther are a few left - and have a pint of bitter for me.
I could go on all day. The Cathedrals, the Opera House, but go early because those things all close by around 5PM. |

well you cant go to london and not take a trip on the london eye you get to see london from above can get some good pictures, if your into all the tourist stuff the must see places when visiting london then it will probably take 5 days to get round everything, London zoo is really good there are some animals there id never even heard of till i visited and for a good look round takes a good few hours but well worth a visit. |

wait u went there without any ideas? lol why didnt u plan before a trip? well i would suggest see football (soccer) match for the champions league, i think arsenal plays in london, not sure check out their site http://www.uefa.com/competitions/ucl/index.html
or you could just people watch, sit at a caffe watching the funny stuff people do lol.
my best idea: ask a local! or post this in the U.K./Ireland forums on yahoo answers (scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the british flag)
