Hi, we feel the same, we go off to Sardinia, and stay in Alghero, it has the most wonderful beach, a truly warm sea, and friendly people, we have travelled extensively, and find this a nice place with a good karma

Brenno
Dubai. . .breathtaking. . .

PrettyKitty
Costa Rica - amazing place, sunshine, loads to do, unspoilt and no lager louts!!

If you want to go to Spain go to Granada or Seville. Just stay away from Barcelona and the coastal areas.

paul_vickery
Eygpt - diving and the pyramids

or

Lanzarote - beeches, great sunsets and lovely food

imicola
Sicily (Italy) is pretty hot with lots to see. Or how about Morrocco.

I'm 28 and I've just booked to go to Dubai.

Heading out there at the end of Sept because full on summer would be too hot (its still 30 degrees + when I'm going).

It looks absolutely fantastic. I can't wait.

Anywhere except the coast of portugal, spain, and greece!

Turkey:
Take the Fez-Bus 'hop-on, hop-off' tour, see 3000 years of amazing histroy, great beaches, plus the surreal landscape of the Fairy Chimneys ate Gorome, Cappadochia, not ot mention the fantastic laid back lifestyle of a few days at the Olympos Treehouses or Saklikent Gorge...

Spain:
how about Andalucia, Southern Spain (Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Rhonda) - no Full English Breakfasts or Sunday Roasts there!

Or San Sebastien, Northern Spain (Basque country)

or how about Croatia - fly into Dubrovnik with BA, after a couple of days take the brilliant ferry journey up the coast to the island of Havar or Bol, get your beach time in, then take the ferry to the Roman city of Split for a little more culture before flying home again.

Happy Trails

Philip
