I went to blackpool last weekend and everything was open (except the 'big one' at the pleasure beach due to high winds) if your looking at staying over I would stay at the Homecliffe Hotel, its a bit of a walk as its right at the top of the north pier but well worth the money. One thing I was surpised with is that some clubs are open 24/7, especially the Manchester (central pier). But to answer your question, everything is open so go and enjoy.
p.s the weather was great last weekend even though snow was forecasted, id check the forecast before you go as it can get quite cold

Go to http://www.visitblackpool.com/ and search in the What's On section for events. The site is the official tourist information website for Blackpool so it should tell you everything you need to know about visiting.

You could google in Blackpool and find out for yourself. If you're bored right now it'll give you something to do.
