Alex it s not only frosty and icy here its become the frozen south!!! Ice all over the fishpond, ice on windscreens and o top of cars...dustmen out in thick padded jackets with neon signs...Its dark and miserable!!! The heating is on full blast and yet there is a draught coming from somewhere despite the double glazing. My advice is...if you are in a warmer place DONT come here. I cant hear any aircraft noise this morning so I am not sure even if there are any flights out to nice warm places. |

It's the same here in West Yorkshire...really icy today, even the outside of the velux windows are frozen....but I did have the sense last night to empty the water out of the bird baths before it froze! |
