My boss made me happy today, my husband did too, and what you did today was the utmost wonderful thing anyone could ever do. That's how I imagined I would spend a lazy day if I lived in a house, (live in apartment) and have a ice cold glass of lemonade beside me.
I envy you today. But seriously the world is great, life's too short, we're just visitors for a short time, so enjoy. |

walkin' along the shore...with ma dowg....throwing stones into the water...eating lunch siiting on some rocks....chillin' at home listening to music...Grace by Jeff Buckley...watchin' TV...reading my book...about fishing.....I love the world...what a gift it is...how lucky we are to be here...we have won the lottery havnt we???..its all free...we are in charge of our destiny...we can choose what we want to do...there is soooo much to learn...sooo many people to meet & talk to & learn from...I am lovin' it all...fab question thanks for making me feel happy...I have to go to bed now as its late....good night my friend...take care & enjoy the rest of your life... |

My boyfriend called to have lunch together today....a picnic at the beach!
And he brought a basket of yummy treats, fresh baked bread which was still warm, French Brie, A couscous, some freshly prepared potato chips (I never had that before...they were like clouds), some pickled mushrooms, a big bottle of the best European Mineral Water. And a Baklava as desert.
And I brought our dog.
And we had a picnic at the beach, blue sky, sun, 75 degrees...Life is good!
We both went back to work and I was walking on clouds....
Life is good every day!
I am so grateful to be on this side of the fence...:-) just that alone makes my day every day, I can find something good every day but this was special.

paying the rent! but i do know what you mean. Too many people get so used to the struggle in life that they forget to enjoy and appreciate the simple things. I make a conscious effort not to and it looks like you do too, so good on ya bro! |

You obviously are having a great time, Yes the world is great its just a shame that the people living on it are not, we are killing the animals, poor loving creatures, we are poisoning the oceans and atmosphere, killing ourselves and our own planet. The world will get its own back we WILL destroy ourselves and then finally when we are all gone the world will fix itself up and be once more Beautiful again! If everyone was like you my friend we would have a great World but unfortunately the majority are not. I think we should all lie in a hammock, listen to the birds and feel the sunshine, it might change a few peoples idea. People dont realise they are only here for a short time, they should relax and enjoy but they just want to stress out all the time and make money, in the end it doesnt matter wether you lie in a mansion or a hammock we will all die and then it wont matter how rich you were, Peace buddy, now I'm going to go for a walk in the sunshine and listen to the birds," one man can make a differerence" |
