It sometimes seems that lately whites can do no right in UK. Even my sister's daughter (who is half black or plotically correct 'mixed race') has threatened her mother to report her racism due to a comment about her style of dress and attitude not becoming a typical black teenager and to break the stereotype by not going down these paths!
A white can be refused a job and thats that whereas a black can say they refused me on the basis of colour and the list is endless! There should be equal rights not a set of rules for one and a set for another - based on skin colour!

If it were up to me id close the door of Britain for good. We dont have the space, we're a tiny island and we have a huge population for our size, hundreds of thousands of immigrants every year is not going to help the matter. What also made me laugh (and quite annoyed) is on the news when it showed a map of europe and the percentage of population growth/decrease for each country, nearly every other country in europe thier population was decreasing, and by the same combined margin the uk's population was increasing. I wonder where they were all going? This P.C bollocks needs to be scrapped soon as because if it carries on it will get worse and further increase immigrants influence on the government for THIER OWN benifit, rather than for the good of the nation and its natives. What puzzles me is that many of these people come from poverty, so why are they not grateful for the slightest advantage they get here, they always want everything. Its like someone coming out of jail and demanding a job as a lawyer or doctor. The uk is stupid enough to give it to them, its like a child, you give it everything, it becomes spoilt, you occasionally say no, it eventually respects your decision. The UK can't say "no"

I am wondering how to reply to this without sounding racist, but i am beginning to feel like a stranger in my own land, and having to apologise for every thing that has happened in our history since time immemorial. I think it's time for that to stop, i didn't cause slavery, nor did my ancestors or economic and political hardships to other nations so its time to let us be.

Hi there Bryan, I am afraid that, even though we know that the land we are on is ancestrally ours from time immemoriam, the majority of us feel that our land is being overtaken.
The reasons are as follows:
In Britain we have a whole set of rules and customs about different parts of our lives. Due to the socially constructed Political Correctness, we attempt not to say or do anything that will cause offence in order to try and be a tolerant and accepting nation.
When we are abroad we try to have some respect for other peopleâ€™s customs. So we expect those who come here as visitors or residents equally to respect our traditions and way of life. However, the majority of them do not. They flaunt, preach and force their belief systems and traditions whilst continuing to speak in their native language without making any attempts to learn ours. It is not expected that they abandon their customs etc, but it is with respect that we would want them to make an effort to honour our homeland by making an effort to integrate with us. Everyone but the British is â€˜protectedâ€™ under a mask of Political Correctness. British people are insulted without consequence, and are restricted from practising their religion. Yet we are drowned in a diversity of cultures, religions and beliefs, and some can seem to be offensive and alien to us. British peopleâ€™s experience of these in their own communities leads them to be suspicious of the un-known, antagonistic; and a few to be racist. Diversity does not work under these conditions.
We need a set of rules to be put into place that will enable Britain to hold on to its identity and traditions. â€˜It is the acceptance of the rules that makes any society function. It holds people together and provides the glue for social cohesion. Anything goes leads to everything going. And what will go is our sense of belonging, our identity and our willingness to whole-heartedly welcome difference and diversity.â€™

Our Country lost it's identity a long time ago, and now whites are the minority. It was proved tonight on the news that blacks are given preferential treatment over whites, when giving out council houses is concerned, As an emplyee of my local council, I have known this for some time, and have seen it with my own eyes, but if we say anything, we are accused of being racist, and our jobs are threatened. My sister lives in a predominantly asian area of Birmingham, and her children cannot celebrate christmas, wear a crucifix, they have Asian school meals, whether they like them or not,are constantly bullied by Asian kid's in their school, for being the only white kid's,constantly called "chalkey" "honkey" "white trash" in front of black teachers, without anything being said, and when my sister complains to the school, she is told to move. My sis is living in the area we were born in, but cannot walk up the street we were born, as it is now run by Asian gangs.My 75 year old mom, has had a Mosque built right behind her house, she is woken up at 5am, but she has no say, no rights,and her only option is to move from the area she has lived all her life. I am afraid whites have no rights anymore, yet we are accused all the time of being racist, if we complain. To cap it all off, my mom rang me in tears tonight, the housing association she is housed with, have called on her today, and TOLD her she has to give up her pet dog, as the Muslim neighbours, have rallied together, and got a petition to make her give up her only companion, as Muslims do not like dogs, and all her neighbours are Muslim.I live 250 milesaway in Cornwall, and I am going to stick my ore in. My mom will give up her pet,OVER MY DEAD BODY!!!!

look historically all land has been fought or taken from other nationalities or tribes throughout history its just the way humans lived their lives in the past, and there is nothing we could do about it then, just take a good look around the world with the wars that go on or tinpot countries that end up with a military junta taking over from democratically elected parties.
Be thankful you live where you are as many third world countries have never progressed the way most modern countries have developed, but from another angle that may be a bad thing because of global warming even though earth is in a state of constant change E g where there was land there are seas etc

The government have made it so bad to live in UK for us that I now live in Croatia, freedom of speech in the UK died a long time ago.

I don't know about the land being ours from time immemorial. The Vikings, Romans, Normans, etc, conquered it over the years.
The native English do have to be so politically correct, but foreigners can preach what hatred they like. Freedom of speech here now is a joke. Even valid English criticism of foreigners is racist.
It is a crime to defend your property against thieves. Due to the Human Rights Act, thieves have the right to burgle without being reasonably restrained, and anyone attempting to protect what is theirs is prosecuted.
On the whole, we're not a lot of happy bunnies.

Its not as bad as other people are mentioning. It just depends on where you live.

Some of the people who have answered so far are talking rubbish. I live in a multiracial part of London, and feel absolutely no pressure on me for being white. I have friends of many different nationalities and wouldn't want it any other way. I would hate to live in a community that was monoculturally white British.

As for "the land you're on is ancestrally yours from time immemorial" this is not true. Britain has had wave after wave of immigrants over thousands of years.

Asimenia: "mixed race" is not politically correct! I believe the acceptable phrase is "dual heritage."

Most British people have no intention of practising their Christianity, judging by the level of church attendance. And in any case this is untrue - there are no such restrictions.

The website of the Crown Prosecution Service states: "Anyone can use reasonable force to protect themselves or others, or to carry out an arrest or to prevent crime. Andrew642593: whites are not in "the minority". 92% of the population of the UK is white! And I simply do not believe you that your sister's kids "cannot celebrate Christmas", considering that the law *requires* collective worship in schools to be "wholly or mainly of a Christian nature."
