Britain copies no one and muddles on to the end until whatever it was we thought we were doing gets sorted out one way or another and hopefully on time for the least amount of money possible, which is often not the case when vast sums of public money somehow seem to get swallowed up by every project touched by politicians which should best be left to the business community who know a thing or two about squeezing profits from a dead stone.
