No. I don't know how many countries do change their clocks. However, every country that changes their clocks to summer time will also change their clocks back to standard time. In other words, the countries with summer time will change their clocks twice a year. Those without summer time will not change their clocks at all.

No. We do that in the US as well (except in Arizona and Hawaii). I know they also do so in continental Europe (Belgium, France etc...). |

All us European countries do it at the same time I beleive, and most of the rest of the world does it as well but not necessarily at the same time as us. |
