Yeh I'm sure it's open from 10:00am, and true say Its Christmas most shops are open to about 7pm but the bullring is open til about 9/10pm (christmas time)

Yes but it is only open from 11 to I think 6pm. They close early on Sundays. Most shops are open around the Bull Ring though after they close so you can still shop later if needed.
