No as long as you meet the following, the slave is willing and not doing this against his/her will, the slave must be dressed suitably for going in to shops, or out in public for that matter, wearing a mask would not be allowed in most shops, because of the fear of crime, other shops depending on what the slave is wearing may ask you to leave, which they have every right to do so.
The slave must not be seen to be punished in public, that would have to wait until you got home.

I don't think so. As long as everybody is fully clothed. I think you are borderign on breakign decency laws, but I think the worse you will get is some strange looks

ummmm...I'm not sure its illegal...but...she might want to tone it down depending on how and where you are traveling...if unsure its better to be cautious....you could maybe contact the tourist bureau to ask.

I do not think that anyone will take one bit of notice in London except for maybe a few tourists. As for breaking laws, I agree with many posters above. No laws broken if both are clothed.

I wouldn't think there is anything to stop them from walking around in whatever way they want.

It might rather depend upon where the leash is attached to lol - seriously though, if a child can be put on a leash (riegns), then why not an adult - providing normal decency rules of clothing are observed, i see no problem.

i dont think that would be illegal although some may class it as public indecency. depends if she is dolled up to the eyes in leather and stuff. sounds fun tho. you would offend peeps but if i saw her and her slave i would cry with laughter. im a slave without my leash

As long as the slave gives his consent then yes it is legal but if he displays any form of discomfort or retalition she can get arrested for holding someone against their will

As long as they dress decently then she can lead him on a leash, it is not illegal.
You may have problems going into some places with dress codes though and if he wears a submissive mask (such as a gimp mask) then you won't be allowed in banks, petrol stations etc.

I don't know about breaking the law (bcos surely their at their free will wanting to do it) but it would turn alot of heads & admitedly would look very strange/weird!!

No - ensure slave is fully clothed and physical punishments are left until you get home / private space and you should be fine.

No, providing there are no sexual acts carried out in public, and so long as everyone remains clothed to a level which is considered to be 'decent'.
