It depends where you live in england. Usually i wont go out this late unless its in a car or with someone else or a group of people.

Well im from australia and its like 10am here and its sunday but on saturdays at 1am every1 parties dont know if every1 parties in england so i wouldnt

depends where you live in England. If you live in Brixton or Fisbury Park don't go. If you live in Oxford like me you are pretty safe and there is police patroling everywhere. Bottom line: it depends

If you need something desperarely - then go.

Just make sure you've got a mobile phone on you, your wearing reflective clothing - and carry a small can of hair spray/body spray in one hand (it makes you look like you're carrying pepper spray). If you have one, take a torch with you as well.
