Unfortunatley, I dont think you can. She needed to apply for it before leaving India. I suppose the best thing to do is contact the Indian embassy. But I dont think it will be possible for her to do it from UK. The Indian embassy could let you know which countries dont require visas for her |

Find a local travel/tourist agency over there. Tell them your situation. They will take care of you. |

If you go to the French Consulate you can apply for a shengan visa. this allows you into all of the EU countries.
You must apply at the consulate of the first country that you will enter.
Have a good holiday |

Go to countries outside the Schengen area or not part of the EU that are esaily reachable from the UK (I ignore the visa requirements, but is an option you should consider if a schengen visa is not possible, which is most likely the case).
These include places like Switzerland,Turkey, Russia, Tunicia and Egypt or even Libya.
Turkey, Tunicia and Libya have many Roman ruins, many in far better shape than in Italy itself, museums in Moscow and St Petersbourgh have incredible collections of European art and Switzerland is Europe proper :-) |
