Paris & London?

Hi. I'm from California, and I'll be visiting London end of May. Before that I'd like to get some doubts cleared:
1. Is Paris in London or is London in Paris? They always interchange for some reason.
2. What is the currency of London?

Thanks.

Um, well London is in England and Paris is in France. Not only are they two different cities, they're in two different countried with different languages and currencies.

The currency of London is the pound. Pound sterling to be exact.

Paris is in Texas and London is in Canada , the Monetary system in London is Canadian Dollars . This is the U.K. and Ireland forums for answers so try the N.America forums if California is in N. America and not Mexico . Hope that helps .
So there may be a Paris in London .

lol Paris is in France. London is in England. Please get a map!!!

1. London> UK
Paris> France.
They interchange because you can visit both?
2. London British pound
Paris Euro.
The best area for hotels in London is Russell Square, to my opinion. Really near to the British Library (your kids are gonna love it too). You can go to Scoobit.com, the hotel search engine at http://www.scoobit.com Switch the language to English, then fill the form with city name (London) and "Russell Square" as address. Then click on "Cerca hotel". I went to Mabledon Court Hotel, nice and clean place, but feel free to choose the hotel that best fits your needs. It's a safe website I've used many times so far, and you can book on line. You can use the link I gave you also to find a hotel in Paris. To find the hotel in Paris I've been at just go to at http://www.scoobit.com Switch the language to English and fill the city field with "Paris".
You're welcome

Two different cities in two different countries. They use British pounds as currency in London. Euros in Paris.

ashley_21_54
Paris is in France.
London is in England (Great Britain).
They're not even near each other.
And the official currency of France is the Euro.
In England they use Pounds.

Someone Special (:
Hi, i live in london, London, is no where near Paris. London is in England. Paris is in France. The currency of london, which would be the currency for the rest of england, is pounds and the sign is £. Paris' currency is the Euro

John M
1. Paris is in France, London is in England - 2 completely different countries.
2. Currency in London is pound sterling.

Matt
the first question got answered for u. and the currency is a euro. i googled it. the symbol for a euro is £

tara rara broccoli
1. paris is the captial of france. therefore located in frace.
2. london is the captial of england and therefore located in england.

paris and london are not in the same countries, if you're going to europe you could go to both countries.

london goes with euro. you can look up currency converters.

the euro costs more than the dollar. it's a bit more. and expensive.

enjoy your trip!
