First check out these 360 pans of London, might give you some fresh ideas.
http://www.urban75.org/photos/london/panorama.html

Second try this next link, gets you an alphabetical list of all the London Tube stations. Just click on to fine out what's there.
http://www.metazone.co.uk/london-underground-stations.asp

This next link gets you all the main London Street Markets, often missed by the visitor, but worth going to.

You might consider planning your next visit to coincide with such as the Queen's Birthday Parade [Trooping the Colour] which takes place in June each year. This is the one sure fire way of actually getting to see the Queen and other Royals etc.

Just stand anywhere in the Mall.

There is a confusion of dates for Trooping the Colour 2009 but most seem to think it's 13 Jun 2009, which is probably about right, it's usually he second Saturday in June every year.

If you cannot be in London in June, then I recommend you are here for the Lord Mayor of London Parade, which takes place every November in the City of London.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=S8lcNzoBw1g&feature=related

The above is just a taster - the actualy Show, as it's called, is a big parade put on by the Livery Companies of the City of London. What you saw in the clip above is the Lord Mayor of the City of London riding past in the Gold Coach.

If you've got it, flaunt it, etc.

Exiled in the Midlands
There is a terrific greasy spoon in Lambs Conduit Street. You should have lunch at the Hare and Billet on Blackheath. Walk under the river at the tunnel at the Isle of Dogs. If you are feeling adventurous, you can visit a near pristine Elizabethan manor in Dagenham which no one knows about except the councillors. Also, have a mooch around Crouch End, or visit the Sari shops in Forest Gate. I like the park in Leyton as well. Try the market in Walthamstow as well. If you go to Turnpike Lane, it's full of interesting greek coffee houses. Or visit the deli, either in Walthamstow, or Blooms down the East end. There's a flashier one in Ilford. If you want to be horrified by modern Architecture there is always Peckham Library.

I would recommend doing local things... eat at small pubs and go to chinatown. Maybe its worth a trip to Paris for one day to have a good dinner and site see the Effeil Tower and Norte Dame

you don't allow e-mail, but I needed to tell you your BMI chart website is VERY inaccurate!
use this one for teens:

and this one for adults:

Try to stay away from Central London and the touristy parts. Because that isn't London, its all a fake-act. Check out east London as thats where all the true cockneys are from (well whats left of them). In south London (brixton, peckham etc), its proper gangsta and rough so its defintly an experience going there.
You could go to Bluewater and Westfields as they are some of the largest shopping centres in Europe and you can see what commercial idiots us Brits are. But I assume you probably have gathered that.
Richmond park is good as well, they have deer there and its a really big beautiful park so I would check out that. Much better then Hyde park and all that touristy crap.
Try and go to the more outer parts of London, verging towards the suburbs as they can be quite nice to.

try going on lastminute.com and doing one of the walks they suggest taking places in...

http://www.lastminute.com/site/entertainment/daysout/walks/homepage.html

if not try these:
- the colombia road flower markets

- sit in the pub above camden lock and drink cider, then head down into the little market square below and eat some beautiful ethnic food

- gabriels' wharf - you can hire bikes from here and just hang out

- eat curry on brick lane then wander through spitalfields

- go to High Street Ken and visit Linley Sambourne House, website:
http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/linleysambournehouse/general/default.asp

- on the same street (high street ken) is the roof gardens, absolutely beautiful: www.roofgardens.com

- or just get off the tube somewhere like covent garden, leicester square and wander into the back streets, see what you find!

Hope you have fun!
