used to work there. sod all shopping but the river is great when it rains/snows heavy.

Richmond is beautiful especially on a hot summers day swimming in the river or just walking down it have family that live in richmond there is quite a few things to do and the scenary is beautiful |

yes and I love the place.. Lovely river, castlle and loads of good walks and pubs with great food and beer. surrounding areas in wensleydale and swaledale are brill too.
