Cockneys are much more annoying. Their accent is uglier and lacks any charm. I cannot even watch 'Eastenders' because it grates on my nerves!
I much prefer the scouse accent because you can detect it's Irish origins and it is also associated with a ready wit. Cockney is just associated with ignorance and boring simplicity.
