Seriously

For several years running Hull, a city in Yorkshire, England has been named by various sources including the BBC as The Worst Place to live in England.

It also leads off the list of the recently published book “Crap Towns”. So there is probably very little that has not already been said about why Hull sucks – despite it’s residents objection to the rankings.

Lets start with poverty, unemployment, and mix in one of the countries highest crime rates and highest rates of drug abuse and teenage pregnancy.

Then we can also add a dash of stupidity, as most of the population of Hull seems to view education as something to be avoided – much like baths and showers.

(PS Glasgow, scummy as it is, is not in England)

WOLVERHAMPTON - it is the worst looking town ever, if you come in off a train you see burnt down pubs, if you come in by car you see thousands of dirty fast food outlets and if you flew over it you would wish you had a bomb!

Bradford's pretty miserable although it is surrounded by great countryside.

I'd have to say Preston. It's pretty crap, there's nothing to do and the shopping is rubbish!
