Hyde Park is just a large patch of grass, whereas Thorpe park is a theme park with rides, it's really good! Alton Towers is a very long way from London and you'd need the whole day to do all the rides, plus travellin time, so that would be very tiring. I'd recommend Thorpe Park!

Well Alton Towers is nowhere near London, it's in Staffordshire, so if you're looking at closeness to London go to Thorpe Park. Having recently been to both, I'd choose Alton Towers if location wasn't an issue.

Definitely Thorpe Park! Especially if it's sunny because of the water rides :) You may wanna check the websites tho for the rides' height restrictions for your brother.
Hope you have fun, I'm so jealous!

samsamdavedave
thorpe park....alton towers is not near london at all!!! would take too long to get there!
check the thorpe park webiste out, see if you are both tall enough for the main rides (put thorpe park into google)

thorpe park! ques are shorter during the weekday! have a great time wherever you choose
p.s in thorpe park the adrenaline rush you get is wicked while on rides!

Alton Towers is a long way from London, therefore I would suggest Thorpe Park!

paulsuperking

Dan the MAN
Hyde park is better!

Thorpe Park is truly amazing. in my opinion it is MUCH more fun than alton towers.. however tbh they are both good. thorpe park just has more.. check the websites :)

emily
Thorpe park by a mile cus at alton towers for most the rides u have to be 12

God
Dan is, of course, incorrect.

With its all year snow, pitch and putt, death slide and duck pond the choices that guarantee 24/7 family entertainment at Lyme Park are seemingly endless, just don't forget your Glock!

Watch out for forthcomming BBQ and firework events this summer!
