National Rail Enquiries will be able to help with regards to trains. Trains to Manchester leave from London Euston station.
National Express and Megabus are likely to have buses running from London Victoria coach station.

Yes! From Euston station. Last time I saw, it cost only twelve pounds for a single journey. The service is run by Virgin trains.

The train leaves Manchester Piccadilly and goes to London Euston station. It is run by Virgin trains. www.virgintrains.co.uk.

There are also cheaper buses but they take all day. www.nationalexpress.co.uk

Alternatively there's the coach, National Express, from London Victoria coach station (about 5 mins walk from the train station), prices start from £10 single.

There are trains approximately every 15 minutes from London Euston Station (on the Victoria & Northern Underground lines) to Manchester Piccadilly station. Cost varies depending on the time of day & how far i advance you can book your ticket, I use http//:www.thetrainline.com

There are direct trains from Euston Station (London) to Manchester Picadilly Station every half hour on the 23rd November. The journey takes just over 2 hours.
