UK. We may not be the land of the free, but i still think we have greater freedom than the US. Also our government is less corrupt, our food is better and our different cultures are better integrated than the US.

I've lived in the UK and I enjoyed my time there - I was sorry to leave.

The folks are friendly, the social life was all laid back and once they discovered where I was from they all had a 1001 questions.

It was good to get back home bit I still miss the times I had there and the good natured and uniqe Brits. With very few exceptions the people I met were proud of being from the UK, were pro-democracy, well educated (in fact better than those in my home State). more cosmopolitan and less insular, with a much better overview of world affairs than the people back home.

I have to say with regret, however, that my favorite is my home State. But home is home, and if I couldn't live in Texas, my next best choice would be England.

Good old "Blighty"??

Oh dear, this is tough. USA is a perfectly great place. Our states have so many things that we cannot count and are too great to desire. New York, California, Canada, Nevada, and such. But on the other hand, the U.K. seems awesome, too! I've never went there, but I know it's a very great place. I really admire the accents they have there. I admire the Queen, the books, films, schools, and everything! I could write lists and lists about all the advantages. I really don't know which place to choose from. :P
