I've heard of it. As in i'm aware that it exists as in if someone was like hey steph is bexhill on sea a real place i'd probli be about 80-90% sure that it was.

I've heard of it, but I couldn't tell you for certain, off the top of my head, where it was (although I would hazard a guess that its on the south coast of Sussex or thereabouts)
