I guess its 25kg but on some flights only 20 kg, but this should have been clearly indicated on your ticket, however its possible that you have booked a late flight and have not received your ticket yet in which case just to stay on the safe side, you can either log into british airways site and look it up there, alternatively give their office a call and they will tell you that for sure.

Going to Italy, now I understand. At first I was going to tell you to travel light, but knowing how classy these Italian senoritas are, you would do well to pack your best, coolest, most sophisticated gear possible. My ex once went to Majorca without anything!! No case, toothbrush, NADO, ZILCH. Mind you he was drunk for two weeks so it didn't matter and he managed to buy his socks to wear with his trainers and polyester shorts and t.shirts!!!!!. He is my EX you will note.
Have a lovely holiday and if you are going to Sorrento, I am green and sick to the heart with jealousy. xx

Went with BA in may it was 25kg then !

Littlemo
I think that's the least of BA's problems at the mo due to the terror alert, with all hand luggage having to go in the 'hold', there's no way they're going to be able to charge for excess baggage.

mairimac158
I believe it is 25kg for Europe and 30kg for USA. As of today (10/8) I don't think you will be compensating in your hand luggage. Ask Mr Reid and Mr Alexander for advice.

TK
I think 25kg's is the max, but why worry, they're going to lose your luggage anyway and will still find a way of charging you extra!

girlybutton
leave out the vibrators - that gets the weight down for me!

If you can afford that many shoes, you can afford excess baggage charges.
