remember the look on his face when he said it . if he knows you not english it could be rasist or as someone said if it was raining it could be a friendly joke .
then again it may just be that you had done something not the english way that would mark you out as different or look different . there are many reasons why someone would say such a thing.its all in the situation at the time .
