Train is gonna be more expensive and sometimes the're either late or get cancelled. Had no problems with busses, always on time and u can get cheap tickets.

Little Star
if you book national express coaches in advance you can go for a pound each way- check out the website. The buses go from victoria coach station. The megabus is also cheap and that goes from the greenline coach place near victoria station. hope this helps x

AnswerNP
I would say train. If you are going and coming back to London then get a return ticket from whatever station it is. But if you are going to Bath and staying there you should get a single ticket. Train is the fastest and propably cheapest option, but you can go by car if you want. If you do go by car, it will take longer because you might hit traffic or your car might break down for some strange reason. I hope this has helped you. P.S go to www.tfl.co.uk to plan your route from London to Bath.

Viktor-Ron Paul 2008!!
Train of course. Waterloo or wherever you're closest too, I don't know where in London you are.

If going by car try AA autoroute or multi map - personally I reckon the train would be better.

Quickest and cheapest is along the M4

if you are travelling by car then it's M4 all the way. if using public transport then a bus is more direct and cheaper than the train. call National Express for ticket details
