Depends on the distance from A to B and what the conditions are - i.e if it's only up the road = walk,
if A's near a bus stop and you can't be arsed to walk = bus,
if you don't like buses or there isn't a bus stop at A or B = taxi,
if your in London and A and B are on the underground route = tube,
if B's a long way away and your not in a hurry = coach,
if it's a long way away and you wanna get there quick = train,
if A is an island and B's another island = boat
or if you're feeling energetic = swim
If it's a long long long way away = aeroplane
Along with the above you can also use motorbikes, cars, bicycles, quadbikes, scooters or even skates/skateboards!!!

The best way to get from A to B is on the back of a monkey riding a tricyle. Always make sure that the monkey has insurance and hasn't smoked too many cigars. Never mount uninsured monkeys or you might end up at C.
