Scunthorpe, a small town near Kingston-upon-Hull. It's awful. Even the founders hated it so much that they insterted a rather non-complimentary word into its name.

Cumbernauld in Scotland. It's horrific. Like the town planner went wild with ugly buildings and roundabouts, then threw up on the drawing, and just built it anyway. It's really, really depressing.

Sunshine!
east london (hackney), its a disgrace!

Sinners
1. Kingston upon Hull
2. Cumbernauld
3. Morecambe
4. Hythe, Kent
5. Winchester
6. Liverpool
7. St Andrews
8. Bexhill-on-Sea
9. Basingstoke
10. Hackney, London

Personaly, I think Basingstoke or Cumbernauld.

Nottingham. I agree that Redditch is ugly, I worked just out of the town centre for a few months back in the mid 80's

Dogs Rock has it right. I live in Cumbernauld and have the embarrassment of staying in a newtown which was voted as "The Carbunkle of The North"!!
