Depends how ye define "Roughest"? I could rattle off a few places, Gipton, Chapeltown and Meanwood in Leeds are rough. Westerhailes(Edinburgh), Fraserburgh(NE Scotland), Torry(Aberdeen) are definatley places that are rough.
Oh yeah a special mention for Moston, Manchester. Rough as a badgers a**!!!

loads of rough places not just London. Danger levels I guess would be some parts in London. But mostly where there are high unemployment and deprived areas. Avoid bad sections of London if possible, rough areas of Liverpool some parts up North aswell. Good and bad areas everywhere I guess. But I think some of the wealthiest people live down south further south than London and Cheshire is rich too.

?
Everywhere thanks to labour.

Dan
Thamesmead without a doubt..
