Yip - all of those mentioned are typical British snacks. Also Pringles and Walkers crisps are very popular.

Most of the chocolates and biscuits mentioned so far can be bought throughout the world.

Probably the most english of all biscuits is shortbread.
Rarely will you find shortbread in any other country.

I live abroad and we miss Marmite and McVitie's Ginger Biscuits. My husband misses HP Brown Sauce, oh and redcurrant jelly. Hey, you wouldn't like to send us a parcel, would you? Seriously, try The British Corner Shop Abroad or similar sites as well.

All of those are authentic. You can find specialised shops that sell English snacks like that. Others are: Walkers chips, Cheddars, Quavers chips, Galaxy bars and more. Hope I helped!

Yes those brands are all authentic, I don't know how authentic the company is you should check that, but there are a few sites that sell British goods online. You will really like Tunnock's Caramel Wafers and Tunnock's Tea Cakes.
