The drive to Invarary, Oban, Luce bay (lovely big sandy beach), the coastal path between Coldingham and Eyemouth, Sands of Morar, the coves and bays around Arisiag and the views from my local golf course (port glasgow) overlooking the Clyde estuary.
I could go on and on, but these are my favourites ( in no particular order), incidently I also have some favourite places in England (just for the ignorant people who have answered before me) |

Stranraer, Dunoon (little island off the coast of Stranraer), Dumfries, The Mull of Galloway, Port William, Port Patrick, Glenluce...all around those areas...my father is Scottish, so we go and visit family in those areas every year. I love Scotland...can't wait to go this easter :) |

Orkney - everything about it; Applecross (great scenery, great pub, great food); Glasgow - a city to enjoy |

The whole of the west side for its varied scenery and breathtaking mix of mountains and lochs. Plus the Highland cattle, the birds, and the red squirrels.
But the best thing i saw was a stag on the mountain, at dusk calling and making his presence felt. Where else can you see all this beauty in such a short stay?. |

Best place to visit is Perthshire in the historic heart of Scotland . Fantastic scenery - lovely people - and great places to stay . Try the Comrie Bunkhouse for family fun or Crieff Hydro with stupendous facilities and good prices ! |

Vincentt ... sounds like you're having a bad day .. cheer up .. bet you've never even been to Scotland ..
Scotland is lovely, the west coast especially.
Beautiful beaches, fresh air ...
Edinburgh Castle, Stirling, the Wallace monument.
Loch Ness, on a clear day, is absolutely spectacular.
Depends what you're looking for. There's something for everyone ... unless you're like Vince ..... |

The scenery is good in the Hebrides, but I can't take the architecture in the small towns in Scotland. People also can be a bit dour. |
