Leicester, which is now a unitary authority and therefore sort of counts as a county. In Leicestershire, needless to say.

East Riding of Yorkshire, but you might know it under it's previous name of North Humberside, which in it self used to be called........East Riding of Yorkshire!!

With all the money spent on new signs, headed paper and all the other non-essential council stuff, we could have had spent the money to help prevent the summers floods.
