The long hours of twilight June/July, when (if the weather is fine!) you can sit out in the garden till 10.45 p.m. with a nice long drink, and don't need to have lights on to pour a refill!!
Or being able to sit on the blunt end of a canal boat till late evening, listening to the crickets chirping on the bank, totally relaxed and going nowhere fast. |

The rain. It's better than the drunken scouse coach trips to Blackpool and wasps, anyway. |
