Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith has authority even over the Archbishop of Canterbury in the Church of England.

Just the same, several living persons in the line of succession have given up their potential claim to the throne because they have converted to Roman Catholicism or married Roman Catholics. Her own uncle abdicated the throne in order to marry a divorced woman. We can reasonably infer that, if Elizabeth II desired to publicly profess Islam, she would be required to step down as well.

She shows no sign of doing either. I doubt the bookmakers are even giving odds.

As I understand it, she takes the Coronation Oath rather seriously, so it's a bit unliklely. Actually it's only slightly more probable than her converting to Roman Catholicism.

What if?

Actually, the UK ruled over the largest Muslim Empire in History without the Monarch converting to Islam.

Unless she does some serious time at her own pleasure, (and gots brainwashed), or was kidnapped (and got brainwashed), or was making a political protest because of her obvious lack of influence over the political process, it's a bit unlikely.

Northolt Air Traffic Control would be innundated with sightings of flying pigs, and Satan would be doing the Luge because Hell had frozen over.

No. Unless Islam offered to make her Head of the Moslem faith - and I don't believe the Islamic faith is centralised enough to do so - it would be a bit of a step down, because she is Head of the Church of England. In the Cof E, God is optional, but the Monarch is mandatory.

This would never happen, the Queen is a devout Christian and the head of the Church of England. Apart from this, no British Monarch is allowed to have any religion other than Protestant this came into being after Henry VIII split with Rome because the Pope would not grant him a divorce. Any Monarch who wished to not to be a Protestant would have to abdicate the throne.

As has been said before, it will never happen, but if it ever did then I'd also be on the first plane out.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth is the head of the Church of England. The chances of her converting to Islam is about as likely as you flying unaided to the moon and back.

In the unlikely event that it would ever happen I would be on the first plane out of this country...

She can't.

On her Coronation she agreed to become the Govener of the Church of England and to uphold the supremacy of that Church in England.

Previously, on her Accession, she agreed to uphold the right for Scotland to maintain its right for a Presbyterian form of religion.

Since the Muslim faith requires believers to ignore all other faiths, the Queen could only convert after Abdication.

The people you list are of little consequence in the scheme of things. They were also either brainwashed or were caught in a weak spot during a depression of some sort.
HM the Queen or any of the line would not even contemplate such an insult to the Royal line and general good taste.
Religion, the sooner it is all wiped out, the better for mankind.
As to what would happen, civil war probably.
