What is so unique about Britain, besides the wonderful landscape is the people and the atmosphere. When I first visited Britain, many years ago, I was amazed how open, friendly and honest the British are.
In Britain you also got a lot of history and historic sites wonderfully preserved; The Cathedrals, Castles and other historical sites like Stonehenge.
Cities like York and Edinburgh are among the most beautiful in the World.
What I like most about Britain is the countryside with it's deep hedges, orchards, cottages and pubs, where you can enjoy good ale and wonderful company. |
