U.K. Needs Higher Legal Drinking Age, Expert Says
One of Britain's leading authorities on addiction is recommending that the government increase the legal drinking age from 18 to 21 and place warning labels on all alcohol beverage containers due to a rising drinking problem in the nation.
So presently your brother also can drink with you.
Also if anyone takes alcohol in doors and do not commit nuisance who is going to bother? |

It's 18. But if he eats in a restaurant or pub he can have a drink with it at 18 so he's well within the limit for both. |
