It's impossible to answer this question because it varies so much from borough to borough.
The most expensive places are those in central or west London. Next most expensive are those on a tube route. Next are those on a mainline railway route.....and so on. South of the river is usually cheaper than north. East cheaper than west (execpt some posh bits of docklands).
The cheapest would be miles out of the centre with limited public transport.

south Thames usually are cheaper than North Thames., like Rive Gauche and Rive Droit from Sena.
