What is the best London Underground tube station and why?

My current favourite is Turnham Green - small, bustling station with park straight ahead of you as you come out, and a pub right next to it. Your choices?

I like Canary Wharf. That beautiful glass dome designed by Sir Norman Foster takes my breath away.

Picadilly circus is good fun
That lift at covent garden is a pain the ars*, seriously it should get shot.

Still in Stockbridge!
I like High Street Kensington station, not sure why I just do.

I HATE Paddington tube station oh and Charing Cross is pretty rubbish too!

westminster. i like the tube, but i have a stupid phobia of esculators! they make me dizzy, so any with lifts and stairs are great for me!

It's probably Goucester Road, the big panda inside cheers me up each time.

london bridge purely because it has a huge market type selection of food on your walk out to the main station

They're all a pain in the ar*e.

Come to think of it, I find Covent Garden's lift more painful then other stations.

Westminister would probably be the best in my opinion, because it goes every place that I need to be. The Victoria line was down for quite some time, but it used to be convenient.

My least favourite tube station is Bank. What a muddled mess and no one to help just the city slickers who I have always disliked dashing and barging their way thru'. No thanks.

Please note that the word 'underground' when used as in the London UndergrounD has a capital U at the front and a capital D at the end.

Actually Turnham Green isn't a 'tube' station. It may be on the underground network but the station is overground.

So, do you mean Stations on the underground network, or tube stations?
