The highest building in London is currently the Canary Wharf Tower (more formally known as One Canada Square), at 235 metres.

The London Eye is a mere 135 metres, and there are at least 10 structures in London taller than that.

Within ten years, two much taller buildings will be completed in the London Bridge area...the Bishopgate Tower at 280 metres and the Shard Tower at 310 metres

The highest natural point in London is Hampstead Heath.
