south end and east end.
central london is usually alright, its the bit thats full of offices and shops and bars etc.
croydon hackney and especially brixton - avoid them! knife crime is quite a big problem in england right now.

Can I just say soho isnt the most dangerous place in london
In recent years soho has got better and better. Ok there still are prostitution and drug isues but they happen in all towns and in other places in london. Camden isnt a great place if you dont want to be introduced to drugs. There was a BBC news report that showed a presenter going undercover and within 5 or 10 minutes he got offered drugs by a random stanger. This is an issue but drugs are everywhere in world.
The places that I would stay away from are the suburbs which have many council estates, as these are the main places that have gun and knife crime in the city, and influence gang crime.

Hope this is helpful
Sam!

Tottenham and the surrounding areas in North London are pretty rough. Any big housing estate avoid especially in SE and NW London. And do not fall asleep on the Northern Line late at night!

Sandy
soho! prostitution, drugs, the lot.
