depends on the city, norwich is NR....this is the same for the towns east of norwich

exeter = EX (usually they take the first two, or the first and a middle letter of the city in question)

so i suspect plymouth would be PL (but i'm not sure)

Every street and road in the UK has it's own postcode so you would need to know the full address before you could get the postcode.....

For Leeds it begins with 'LS' and follwed by either 1 or 2 numbers depending on what part of Leeds your in. For example: The area consisting of Rothwell, Swillington and Woodlesford in Leeds are 'LS26'...The City centre of Leeds is 'LS1' Hope that helped.
