Definitely the Northern quarter - there's so many cool bars, shops and places to eat around there.

Other good places outside the city centre would be Chorlton or Didsbury for the bars, or the curry mile in Rusholme if you like Indian food.

I love Manchester City Centre, King Street, Deansgate, Canal Street, Piccadilly. all of it really. It depends what you're into, theres something for everyone!

i have lived in manchester all my life so it depends where abouts if you mean the city centre then all of it if you mean the outskirts then you might have to be a little more specific.

Piccadilly Station as I leave. It used to be a lovely town before Market Street was pedestrianised and the awful Arndale built over it.

Any of the record shops, the Apollo (where i went to see the Wu Tang Clan!), Oxford Road, Piccadilly station and the motorway to Liverpool!
