We set our scene at a cricket ground in a country village, the sun is blazing on this pleasant Sunday afternoon, the modest crowd spectate and we sea a combine harvester in the distance collecting up the crop on Old Man Jenkins's farm. After the final innings the players sit outside the pavillion to have lemonade and some scones kindly made by the vicar's wife. A friendly handshake between the teams and then off to the pub for a friendly drink and some darts.

We have alot to be proud of. People who are not proud of their country don't realise how lucky they are to live in such a place like England. There are things not to be proud of I admit, but lets face it we have alot more to brag about than any other country.

To me...Well, there are some good things and some bad things about every country, but what still stands out to me is the politeness, etiquette and humbleness of our culture. Although some people haven't managed to carry that through, it is still something that sets us apart from every other nation in the world. I haven't yet found as polite a nation of people as the English and I'm not just saying that because I'm English...other people who come to visit say that as well.
