Try some of the buildings in Bold street. They tell an interesting story as they a mixture of styles built next to each other in various times in the 19th and 20th century because some where destroyed in WW2

Take a look at the Georgian houses and cobbled streets in Bedford street south and Faukner square (the georgian quarter)

Take a look at the new and old Liverpool airport

Go to Woolton park and visit the magnificent garden there (best entrance is off school lane, woolton)

Have a god look around you won't be disappointed

Just look up above the shop fronts

Marks and Spencer on Church St, look above the shop front on each corner of the building and see the royal coat of arms, and the U.S. national coat of arms. The building was the first US consulate in the world.

There are lots of influences from around the world, there are many Dutch influenced buildings in the city centre, as well as some of the great Victorian piles like St Georges Hall or the earlier Town Hall. Just along from the Town Hall is Oriel Chambers an unusual looking office block that is architecturally significant because without that building no skyscrapers would have been built. Look at the Pier Head everyone knows the Liver Building, but the 3 other buildings are just as important. The middle of the three, the Cunard building, looks pretty anonymous but look at the carvings on the outside. Go inside this building and marvel at the splendour of the marble furnishings.
The other Building, the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company building, is modelled on a Venetian Palace, its a stunning building outside with all the domes, but go inside and the central hall with staircase under the dome with wonderful stained glass windows is brilliant.
Finally the fourth building at the pier head is often ignored but is just as spectacular as the other three, the ventilation shaft for the Mersey tunnel is an Art deco masterpiece, the closer you look at it the more impressive this building becomes with some wonderful black marble plaques around the base.

The Liver Building, The Anglican Cathedral, Chinatown Gate, St Georges Hall, The Waterfront from the Ferry, Another Place by Anthony Gormley on Crosby Beach, The Albert Dock, Speke Hall - lots of great buildings in Liverpool depends what you like.

People are your best subjects. Especially if they dont know they are being photographed. You have to have patience for this. Move around, sit quietly for sometimes rather long periods and snap away.
You need hundreds for that one good shot.
Good luck

I know that somewhere is a park and you can see all Liverpool.
Try China Town and Albert Dock.
City Centre too :)
I've got a lot of pics from there:)

Scouse
What is known as the "three graces" No Liverpudlian has ever called them that) but miss out the new building under construction there which is quite ugly although not quite as bad as the Sandcastle. You are actually spoilt for choice
