Being British is having pride in our country, our traditions and our people. Watching a game of Rugby. Eating fish and chips by the seaside. Drinking warm beer, cold cider, and crap wines.The rain. Out resiliance and fortitude, they way we work together in hard times. Animal lovers. But this country is changing for the worse....... Removing Brittania from our coins, the Arch Bishop trying to change our laws, freedom of speech is no longer allowed (unkless it is politically correct) We are vilified for being christians, for being proud and for flying our flag. For me........... RULE BRITTANIA. |

Britain is a beautiful and wonderful Nation which was among many other great things instrumental in bringing Christianity to many parts of the World. The Bible as we know it ,was spread around the World like wildfire through King James who commissioned its translation. Even th U.S. has its constitutional foundation based on the King James version of the Bible. This is something Britain has to be very proud of :). |

Someone had to mention religion! you can't ask a question about anything here without someone blaming it on god! Anyway the best thing about being British is that none of the indiginous population is British, we are Scottish, or Irish, or Welsh, or English, and the rest are immigrant wanabe's but our government is so wonderful that they feel we should share our green and pleasant land with others and make a few quid out of it - be inclusive and that's the joy of being British! god save the queen! |
