According to legend, if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter weather. If he does not see his shadow, there will be an early spring
Of course Punxsutawney Phil's prediction is accurate 100% of the time even though he is 120 years old and only speaks to one person in "Groundhogese".
