All those claiming the 25th to be a UK Bank Holiday ARE WRONG.
In England and Wales, there is a Bank Holiday on the 25th
In Scotland and Northern Ireland, where there are different laws, there is a Bank Holiday on the 4th.
Insofar as Scotland is concerned, the only places guaranteed to be closed on a Bank Holiday are, not surprisingly, banks! |
