I live near Nashville, Tennessee- "Music City, USA"!- Home of Country music! I've been here for 6 years- before that I lived in Las Vegas for 9 years, Lake Tahoe, California for 12 years and was born and raised in San Francisco, CA and the Bay Area surrounding SF. I love Nashville, but I also love to travel with my daughters and grandkids. We spent 2 weeks this summer in the Cotswolds and London and LOVED it. I guess you have to live in London to not like it, but everyone I know who's been there absolutely loves it there! And the Cotswolds were really beautiful. Take care!

In Sussex. We live in a house at the end of a small footpath, so nobody ever goes past, no traffic goes past, it is very quiet. We have a small back garden, overhung by trees, and on the other side of the fence is a steep bank, and then a lane leading to fields and woods and a farm.
Tonight the weather is still and cold. We have been here since 1980 and have brought up children here. Also a cat from the RSPCA. Before we could bring him home we had to have a visit to see if the property etc was suitable for a cat. The lady who came said it couldn't be better. So we had a beautiful amber cat for years and years. He was put to sleep this summer with nephritic failure aged 21!
Yes, I love it. Climb over the back fence, go up the lane, and there you are - stone paths, fields, cows, horses, donkeys, wild flowers, everything. Se we consider ourselves very blessed indeed.

Hello from one lyndsay to another...I live in Dublin, Ireland, and love it - I'm originally from the countryside, so Dublin is different and exciting. The bad points are that it's way too expensive and rains a lot. And is also cold. I share your pain.

I live in Gravesend in Kent, 20 miles from London and 60 miles from Dover. Living in the gateway to Britain means that we are overrun with immigrants, and though I'm not racist (I actually love the Indian people here), I can understand when people complain about all the newcomers entering the country. Apart from that, I live in a flat overlooking the Thames, which is just 100 yards away. And Pocahontas was buried just 400 yards from here, which does mean the town has some historical significance. It really isn't a bad place to live, though I would prefer to live on the coast somewhere.

Hi Lindsay! I live in Houston Texas. Right now the weather is kind of cold, well cool anyways, and cloudy. But I like it because there isn't the usual 100% humidity!
