Holland Park. Its lovely and rich and its next to Notting Hill Gate and that's were our Carnival is held every August. Its just a real nice area. ITs in west london.

For a city - Bath.

London and Birmingham are NOT the best. At all. Jeez you'd probably leave within a week if you went to Birmingham.
