Where is the best place to learning English in England?

nectar_pepsi
Everyone is saying London because they don't know anywhere else. I live in the UK and I can tell you the best city in the UK for shopping is BIRMINGHAM (about 100 miles Northwest of London, just over an hour by train).

There is a brand new shopping centre here called the Bullring which has every shop you could possibly need, including a very large Selfridges. There are a number of other smaller shopping centres here - the Palisades, Pavillions and the Mailbox. The Mailbox has lots of very stylish boutique shops. There are also very large branches of department stores like Debenhams, Marks & Spencer and BHS.

Go to Birmingham!!!

in Glasgow, argyle street is really great for shopping. there's a big mall there, you'll see it.

i went to bluewater once and it's not all its cut out to be.

teethknees
Trafford Centre, Manchester or for a less exhausting day out, Windsor has a slightly less "mall-ish" collection of outlets. If you want an outlet centre Bicester Village (off M40) is worth a day and you can arrive at Bicester North by train and get on the shuttle bus to and from the shopping village.
