Goto North Spain(barcalona or Gerona airport) like costa brava. Its the cheapest place to get a flight and accomodation.
Book your flight with www.easyjet.com or www.ryanair.com.
Book your hotel at www.medhotels.com
I have done this nearly every year.It can cost as little as 80 pounds for the flight and hotel, but i only go for 4 nights at a time.To much drinking and eating is not good lol
When you book the hotel go for all inclusive.its usally 25 pounds a night, but they do deals in the offpeak season.
Try to get a hotel that offers tranfers to and from the hotel.A cab from the airport is about 30euros eachway.

you could always go to turkey, the flights are cheaper in september as long as you look on teletext and the weather is fantastic. oludeniz/fethiye is a beautiful resort area and isnt costly.

Come to Puerto Rico now. (Maybe the ticket there would be expensive but seriously, I would love to show you around.) Don't worry no bad intentions and I am not selling anything.

Most people don't travel to the Caribbean now because of hurricanes but if you are adventurous, you can get great deals now.

If not now, wait until Jan or Feb to get out of the cold. You can swim here all year round.

I don't know where you are in England, but I always go camping in Newquay. It's cheap, and weather permitting, spending all day on the beautiful beaches they have there will save you a small fortune. Get your daughter a bucket and spade and I'm sure she will love it. And you get to relax too.

Go to the park with a bag of sandwiches, crisps and pop,
works for our boy.
