There's not many nudist beaches in the UK - I think about 20. Best place to find out about it is in one of the nudist mags - such as Health and Efficiency (H&E). Or scout around on the internet. Most of the nudist beaches are in the south - essex, Kent, Hampshire, Devon and Cornwall.
There's also nudist swimming nights at your local pool (H&E does listings) and there are 'health clubs' but from what I know of them they're not necessarily friendly (i.e. known to be hostile) if you're a single man.

Apparently, there is a nudist camp just north of Throckley, which is west of Newcastle. It would be in the NE15 postal district. Its hidden by woods, so I don't know much more about it.

However, girls start training in their teens to go nude in Newcastle.
Every weekend, down the Bigg Market, they all wear next to nothing. Trust me - its true!!

If you're really into your naturism go to Studland Bay in Dorset which is a massive nudist resort- all sorts goes on over there- but its quite famous and its really nice- blooming hot at this time of year
